Standard MEWP / Cherry Picker checklist (for reference)
1. Check platform guardrails are secure
2. Check emergency lowering system works
3. Check controls are functional and labelled
4. Check outriggers/stabilisers deploy and lock correctly
5. Check tyres and wheels condition
6. Check hydraulic hoses for leaks or damage
7. Check SWL plate is present and legible
8. Check emergency stop function
9. Check battery or fuel level is adequate
10. Visual check for structural damage to boom and platform
