Certify is a plant inspection and compliance platform operated by Tom Carter trading as Joule ("we", "us", "our").

Certify is provided to support digital inspection workflows, compliance record-keeping, and asset management. It does not replace legal responsibility, site management, competent-person judgement, or statutory compliance obligations.

While Certify helps organise inspection and compliance information, we do not guarantee that use of the platform alone will make any organisation legally compliant.

Compliance depends on the accuracy of data entered, real-world inspections, competent supervision, and proper operational action.


5. Access and security

You must keep login credentials secure and must not attempt unauthorised access, interference, scraping, or misuse of the platform.


6. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or withdraw parts of the platform at any time. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.


7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss arising from missed inspections, expired records, reliance on inaccurate data entered by users, or operational decisions made without independent review.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.


8. Privacy

Use of the platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
